At Unlimited Possibilities (UP) our mission is to provide a holistic wellness approach to senior care while maintaining the highest level of dignity and independence for each resident.

We offer a different model of care for our residents-personalized care offered in a small residential home. We designed a community that will not only meet medical and physical needs but also nourish and enhance social connections, dignity and honor individual preferences.

Each resident enjoys either a private or shared room with adjoining an adjoining bath. Common living areas include an open kitchen, sunny dining room and comfortable living room. All meals are made onsite with attention to our resident’s likes, needs and special diets.
